Meet the founder
With a career shaped at the pinnacle of clinical practice, CJ Bestwick brings a depth of internationally informed experience to local practice, His work has spanned elite sport and private healthcare in central London, where he has treated a wide spectrum of individuals — from professional athletes, musicians, actors, former Prime Ministers, politicians and members of the Royal Household.
Working alongside leading surgeons, physicians and coaches, CJ developed a calm, precise and outcome-driven approach to physiotherapy, supported by a trusted network of specialists at the top of their respective fields. This environment demands discretion, consistency and clinical rigour — values that remain central to his practice today.
Now relocating to Shoreham-by-Sea with his family, CJ is proud to begin the next chapter by offering the same considered, high-level physiotherapy to the local community. Shore Health Physiotherapy has been established to bring exceptional care closer to home — combining elite standards with a grounded, personal approach.
He continues to work part time in Kensington and Knightsbridge, London.
